Assemblies
Assemblies are held every Monday from 1.50pm in the Undercover Area. Presentation Assemblies involve special presentations from classes and are advertised in the school’s Term Planner. These are usually held three times a term. General assemblies for students occur every other Monday. The last formal assembly for the year allows for presentation of items from each class, the award of book prizes and announcement of Student Councillors and the Head Boy or Girl. The Year 6 Graduation Ceremony is a separate assembly held at the end of term four. Other special assemblies include ANZAC Day, Book Week, and other special events during the year.
You will be notified if your child will be receiving an award and if your child’s class is going to be presenting an item.
